3-day Manager

I was asked to help in designing some marketing materials for an exhibition just 2 days before the start of exhibition. I came up with some materials as best as I could. Not my best work but I guess they are still acceptable.

I was also asked to participate in the exhibition that lasted for 3 days from 14 – 16 February 2012. It’s my first time participating as the exhibitor, though I’ve attended many exhibitions before. This exhibition was not related to my job but as part of support team, we all have to help out as much as possible.

When I collected my pass to start preparing the booth, I was surprised to see my pass.

So for the 3 days during the exhibition, I was the manager of my company. Hehe! Luckily no one noticed my ‘new’ title, otherwise if people started asking me what I do for the company, for sure I couldn’t say I’m the IT person who had nothing to do with the exhibition. Just imagine the awkwardness.

Overall, I had good experience being exhibitor. If only it’s more related to my work, then I’m even happier.
