Snakes and ladders
I love to collect game sets. Board games, card games and anything that caught my fancy. I have written about KerPlunk and my other games collection. I have a chess game set made of wood, bought all the way from Bali, years ago. Just love to collect, even though I don’t play often or even a good player at that. My darling doesn’t fancy chess game, so I have no opponent to practice on anyway.
While in Phuket airport, I went through the shops for last minute shopping. Saw many game sets made of wood again. But only this board game caught my eyes.
Mini size snakes and ladders game. Hehe!
This was just-in-time purchase as our flight was delayed twice. We played this game at the airport. I won 3 times. Haha! Isn’t it cute? I welcome it to my collection

I fancy playing chess. I like board games. Just that nowadays most people would rather play with computer or at Yahoo Games instead.
I remember playing this when young, can never reach the end because it is difficult to roll the dice to be the exact number to reach the end square. A wooden set should be very unique, mine was just made out of cardboard.

I also have the cardboard one but never really play on it. Feel so childish. Now with the wood set, at least it feels a bit not so childish eh? Hehe! Consider my lucky good, I always managed to reach the end with a few rolls of dice.
