It’s less than one week now. I’m getting very excited. A little bit worried too. It’s our first time book package from Air Asia Go Holiday, so I’m actually a bit worried about the hotel reservation. In our confirmation slip from Air Asia, it’s said that our booking is confirmed but it doesn’t mention about hotel booking confirmed. Does it really confirmed? Lucky for us, our hotel in Bali is Samsara Hotel and Spa and they have an official website. Unlike my other friends’ hotel, Vilarisi, I couldn’t find their website to make any inquiry. The only contact I have is from the Bali tour website which I doubt their efficiency to answer my question.

Anyway, through Samsara website, I make an inquiry about airport transfer cost since our package doesn’t include airport transfer. Within minutes, I received a reply. That’s called efficient. Hehe! I have been told in that email that the airport transfer will cost Rp60,000 each way. Whoa! Use calculate, multiply  a bit and it comes up to RM22.50. I’m not sure whether is it expensive or not, so I asked my best friend Hilde that has been there before. According to Hilde, if we are willing to walk, we can get cheaper transfer. Just walk out from the airport and take the blue taxi. It should cost around Rp20,000 each way or maybe slightly more now. Nevertheless, in reply to the email, I said I would confirm later about the airport transfer. In addition, I would like to check our hotel reservation. I’m happy when I received a reply saying that it’s confirmed. So, less one worry. Haha!

Next, I have to plan what to pack. As a procrastinator, I normally delay my packing until last minute. But with my darling’s pushing nearly every week and day now, I have become less procrastinator. I’m going to make a checklist of what to bring. I have also asked around what’s acceptable for hand-carry as we don’t plan to check-in our luggages. They are only two backpacks anyway. I’m also monitoring the exchange rate these few days to see when is the best time to change money. We are all going to be millionaires soon. Haha!

Okay! Let me sit down and prepare my checklist now. Hehe!
