On 1st June 08, our Lim family celebrated my grandma’s 81st birthday at Ipoh, just a day after my dear sister Caswin’s wedding dinner. Almost all my uncles and aunties were there for the celebration. That weekend was really full of food. I felt like I have gained a few kilos just in 2 days.
It’s so fast that my grandma is 81 this year. If my grandpa were still around, he would have be 82 this year. How I wish he was here. I really miss him so much. It has been 6 years. Sigh!
Anyway, this birthday celebration was a happy one with almost all the Lims attending.
What we are missing is more children! We only have two children that day. Some just couldn’t make it that day. What a pity! Hopefully by the next gathering it will be more merrier with more children around.
